Howdy! My name is Mrs. Slafka and I am a first grade teacher at Mumford Elementary. I have taught first grade Math, Science, and Social Studies for the past four years. Some of my favorite things to teach include life cycles, President's Day, and measurement.

I have a beautiful daughter and a wonderful husband as well as 5 dogs and 1 fish. When I am not at school I enjoy traveling, shopping, and spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy watching football with my husband and reading books with my daughter.
